For the Season 3 premiere of AP Bio, I designed a three-part Instagram carousel that reimagined the show’s cast as scientific specimens.
Each image placed a different character within a piece of lab equipment—a dissection tray, a microscope slide, and a graduated cylinder, surrounded by classroom tools like rulers, scalpels, and magnifying glasses. The compositions were designed to feel like a biology lab table, directly referencing the subject matter of the series in a playful way.
This concept translated the tone of the show into a bold, scroll-stopping social moment that felt native to Instagram while remaining rooted in the identity of AP Bio.
